Ticket Policies

Box Office Hours
The box office is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00pm to 5:00pm beginning on the Thursday one week prior to opening night and 90 minutes prior to each performance. Box office hours for a specific show can be found on the show's page. For ticketing questions or information, please call 360-373-5152 and leave a message or email boxoffice@bctshows.com. Phone messages are checked daily and email more often.

Forms of Payment
Bremerton Community Theatre accepts cash, personal check, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express® credit cards.

Season Subscription/Passes
Subscription tickets for Bremerton Community Theatre may be purchased in person at our box office at 599 Lebo Boulevard, by telephone at 360-373-5152 or by downloading the order form from our website and mailing to 599 Lebo Blvd., Bremerton, WA 98310.

Single Tickets
Single tickets may be purchased online 24 hours daily or through our box office during office hours.

Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates in lieu of a refund are available if arrangements are made through the box office prior to performance date on mobile/physical ticket. If a ticketed event is cancelled, the box office will contact those having purchased tickets for the event to arrange a refund.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show, subject to availability, if done no later than 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please call or email the box office in advance to exchange your tickets.

Ticketing Requirements
Tickets must be purchased for everyone attending a ticketed event, including all children regardless of age.

Age Requirements
Children under six years of age, including babes in arms, are not admitted to our mainstage shows and events unless otherwise announced. All ages are welcomed to our BCTjr! productions. Not all performances are appropriate for all ages. Please be sure to read information contained on the individual event page or call the box office for information at 360-373-5152 prior to purchasing your tickets.

Restricted Items
The following is a partial list of prohibited items that are not permitted inside the theater. BCT's management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary.

• Recording Devices
• Firearms
• Laser Pointers
• Illegal Drugs/Substances
• Fireworks
• Unapproved Pamphlets, Handouts, and Ads
• Outside Food or Beverage
• Pets other than Service Animals
• Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed in any part of the theater. Smoking and vaping are allowed on theater property no closer than 25 feet of theater entrances.

Seating Times
Our lobby opens one hour prior to events and seating begins approximately thirty minutes before curtain.

Late Arrivals
At the discretion of management, latecomers will be seated at the rear of the auditorium during intervals.

Weather
Bremerton Community Theatre makes every effort to follow the adage "the show must go on." In the event that we must cancel a performance, Bremerton Community Theatre will, to the best of its ability, alert ticket holders via email and phone, as well as post a notice on our Facebook page and the website home page. Ticket holders will have the option of rescheduling for another performance of the same show, receiving a refund, or receiving a gift certificate.
